There are a bunch of different Ochsner campuses around the city you can transfer to - compared to UMC where there is only one.

UMC--more doctors and potential doctors/med students to hook up with.
Oschner--if you hook up with a fellow or attending, you won't have to wait several years for the money.
Clientele at Oschener will be more demanding but more compliant with your recommendations.
Clientele at UMC will be less in the middle of the bell curve. Either super appreciative of your service, or bitching about everything and non-compliant.
