Job Dilemma: UMC vs. Ochsner

Hey y'all!
It looks like I'll be moving to NOLA soon and have two nursing job offers with UMC and Ochsner. They both pay about the same and the commute is negligible for where I plan to live.
I've heard great things about both places, but does anyone here have experience working at either one?

Go with UMC, that way when you're shot in the quarter they'll give you preferential treatment because you work there

That's a good selling point.
UMC probsbly also has more experience with stabbing victims and other assault types.
