Haven't seen a study yet, but TRT seems to be causing lots of cardiovascular problems.

Radio host Michael Berry had a stroke like in his mid/late 40's and he was pushing TRT all the time. One of my patients had a stroke in his 40's - was undergoing TRT.

I feel like a stroke was on the horizon for me if I hadn’t stopped the TRT when I did.

I didn’t take a vax and don’t do testosterone . But I’ve gained almost 100 lbs in a little over a year. I don’t work out much but the weight I put on did go to muscular parts of my body.. I don’t see the advantage of getting all jacked by putting stupid and dangerous shite in your body…. I’ve never felt better.

The come-down is rough. I've kicked several bad habits over the years, but getting off TRT was probably the hardest.

Weight training helps. I remember getting my first little bit of chest acne after I got off TRT, and thinking, this is good. I can get nasty torso acne without gear again.

Sad RIP. I don't think there's any doubt now that the vaccine has killed way more people than covid did.

Like how the hell is Flair and Hogan still breathing?

I think Hogan had a long time where he got paid high for working part time at best. His WCW contracts were insane with regards to the low number of required dates outside of PPVs.

Flair? He wasn’t a big roids guy but a big drinker and I wouldn’t be surprised if he used a ton of Bolivia’s finest.

It was for me, but I don’t think it is for most other people if it’s medically administered and monitored.

What’s crazy about flair is that he had multiple organ failures at the same time just
A few short years ago and somehow is still living.

The irony of of bodybuilders preaching about eating healthy, but inject cattle growth hormones in themselves.

Flair’s body needs to be donated to science when he is done with it. It should be well preserved given his drinking.

Had body builder friend of mine (Who also happen to be a Dr) say bodybuilding is one of the mode unhealthy and dangerous things you can do to your body. (I'm talking about real builders, not fitness people who are building, normal muscle).

#1 to be competitive you are going to be using crap that shouldn't be used or over used. Period.

#2 The increase in muscle mass needed to be a competitive builder puts your heart and vascular system into dangerously over stressed conditions.

Most do irreparable damage to their hearts and vascular systems trying to win or satisfy their egos.
