He just stated that one of the cops said "I am going to kill you bitch". Anybody have evidence backing this up? Would seem pretty damning for the officer(s) involved.

Yep, the video is buried next to Jimmy Hofa's dead body.

You mean this random guy who called into a racist radio show said this was a direct quote from the cop. How could the FEDERAL justice system associated with civil rights headed up by one of the biggest race-baiting presidents to date miss this concrete, factual evidence?

I'm sure the corrupt political system that is this great state of Louisiana won't let this slide.

How is that even damning?? The police arrive at a situation in the middle of the night where a known criminal has threatened someone with a gun. The cops know the guy is armed and that he's a long time criminal. They also know he's a massive man. They have to let him know that they mean business and that they will use whatever force necessary to get him to comply.

I don't care what they said to him or if they put a gun to his head when he refused to comply to their orders. They knowingly walked into a life threatening situation without hesitation. Their own lives were clealry on the line. That's amazing really. It's even more amazing that anyone could side with the life long criminal in this case.

My theory is this was told to the Sterling family and others in the meeting with the DOJ, but they have taken it out of context or do not have it in the proper spot in the timeline. It just seems pretty consistent that all of these people are claiming the DOJ told them that. The DOJ could easily refute this point if they chose to.

Yeah, Brian Williams was there... Saw the whole thing.

True story.

The only evidence I've seen is the say-so of the Sterling family attorney, who claims this is what the DOJ told the family.

I think he is full of shite.

Sterling's awnt-tay said last night on the news that someone told her someone who was there when the shooting happened told them they thought that's what they heard one of the officers say.

Maybe an intimidation tactic? If someone told me they were going to kill me if I continued to do something I would probably stop.

You would like to think people would stop, and listen to the cops because that's what most rational people would do, but obviously we do not have rational people here.

I'd bet that it was more of a "don't move or I'll shoot" than a "I'll fricking kill you bitch"

Didn't this supposedly happen after they tased him, were struggling with him on the ground, while he's reaching for a gun?
