Case Closed isn't near as good or comprehensive as Bugliosi's Reclaiming History, imo.
I believe Oswald fired the three shots that day from the Depository. I think he acted alone but since it only takes two to form a conspiracy....
The Sylvia Odio incident is the most fascinating part of a possible conspiracy angle to me.
I am curious to see what these finally released documents contain.

I'm in the middle of reading Chaos: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties. I didn't know Bugliosi wrote anything besides Helter Skelter, but seeing everything he left out of the Manson prosecution throws his credibility and trustworthiness into question big time for me.

Was based solely on a faulty interpretation of the audio from a cops open mic. Turns out it wasn't gun shots and it wasn't at the time of the shooting. Prior to that, they were planning to release a report confirming the Warren report.

The House Select Committee on Assassinations said there was probably a conspiracy due to hearing a dictabelt recording from a police motorcycle that seemed to suggest gunshots from different locations. That was their only reason for their determination.
Later analysis proved the recording to not be of the gunshots, there are no siren sounds until until two minutes after the "gunshots". There is no crowd noise, etc.
