It does happen. My 1st wife went from a B to a D with her first pregnancy and they never really went back. Perhaps to a D- or C+. And she got back to her prior weight. So, it wasn't that.
Not the norm, but, it happens.

My first wife went from a B to a D but after our last child they went back to a B.
My GF went from a C to a DD with her last pregnancy and they have stayed at DD.

This thread is kinda funny cause there are several in the thread talking about them being saggy(an indication of likely real) and then others talking about their size difference now vs when young(possible indication of fake).
I'm gonna split the difference.
If you've got huge assed fake tits that do NOT defy gravy and look like they're coming out of your neck........if they bounce and have some people talking about how they hang a bit.......you need to tip your doctor very well.
Then. You need to climb your arse on me and let me watch them bounce!!
