Television presenter Jeremy Clarkson has revealed he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
The news was announced in an episode of the latest series of Clarkson's Farm, released on Wednesday. It is not clear exactly when the footage was filmed, but the series was shot in 2024 and 2025.
Clarkson, 66, is seen telling series regulars Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland of his diagnosis, both of whom were visibly shocked by the news.
The former Top Gear presenter did not clarify what stage of cancer he had been diagnosed with, but described it as "aggressive" and that a portion of his prostate had been removed as part of his treatment.

Its the best show on right now IMO. He comes across as a good guy for how rich and famous he is. I know hes a professional actor, but he does seem genuinely polite and happy on his show.

Having watched S5, the reveal was filmed during July 2025 when they were discussing end of month harvest scheduling. His first surgery and treatment was early August when he had to go to London and leave harvest to Kaleb for a week or so.

His own petard.
Hope the best for him, “Top Gear” with him was entertaining.

Top Gear and The Grand Tour are goat TV shows, and no one will ever change my mind.

Very sorry to hear this. I have seen a couple of seasons of Clarkson's Farm, and it's a great show. With relatives who have farms, it explores some very real themes. I enjoyed many episodes of Top Gear but I think Clarkson's Farm is even better.
