Jefferson St. underpass claims another dumbass

Lafayette. No injury or death. I just don't get how someone thinks that's just a foot or two deep. It looks as deep as it is, even from far away.

Is this Jefferson or north university? I saw the SUV in the university underpass. Did not surprise me one bit. Even my 8 year old son in the backseat asked why someone was so stupid.
