I’m legitimately asking what he could say to the first cop that would warrant that response from a LEO. Not a normal guy, not you nor me, a cop. What must be said to a cop that justifies the first cop’s actions?

It's not my job to think it up. Lots of crazy shite I'd never dream of happens every day.
My job is to judge this situation on everything that actually happened, not just a soundless partial video

Was there any violence in the Covington video?
Any possible arrests?
Essentially that whole thing around he said / she said
You can see with your own eyes the cops were throwing that guy around. Being that he didn’t wave a weapon, there are very few, if any words that can warrant that kind of reaction

No the Covington thing was a he said/he said with professional agitators, purposefully edited videos, and a complicit media running with a giant nothing burger (even if the first video released was true).

Stories like this is why I will never be a back the blue guy.
I’m not an anarchist by any means but you should also be distrustful of people who can legally use force against you, take your property and deprive you of your freedom to walk freely and has a very high, if not impossible bar to meet to be held accountable for such actions.
