You can say the cop was 100% wrong without any judgment of the citizen's actions prior. There is NO justification for a cop to commit a crime which is clearly shown in the video.
If you commit a crime in front of a cop the cop can not punch you and walk away, if he has to punch you in order to lawfully arrest you it is another matter.

Never been arrested before and know a few cops as a few of my parents associates are cops on the North Shore and they may be good baws personally but they’re still morons I wouldn’t trust with a gun let alone a badge and all the privileges and power it entails.

I don’t know for certain and neither does anyone else here that’s partaking in this bitch fest. There’s a number of things that could have transpired prior to causing the cops reactions.
One thing I would put money on is that the little turd instigated it and the cops finished it.
No matter how many times you ask the question it’s not going to change the fact that there’s probably more to the whole story than is being lead on.
