Total cases by collection date on or after 11/26/2020 - 25,572, plus hospitalizations equals 27,101. The number I posted yesterday using the same methodology was 27,675. There are 574 fewer active cases today than yesterday, a decrease of 2.08%. 1,793 of the 2,542 new cases are from test dates during this time.
The previously reported case count has been crazy this week. Monday's numbers were higher than Sunday's total, then Tuesday saw a correction. Wednesday had the same error with another correction today.

Hospitalizations went way down today
Which means we are likely plateauing, which means they will enact some knew lockdown measure so they can retroactively say they “fixed it”

Is someone trying double count the numbers for JBE to make a snap decision on fake information and then correct the data just a few days later.
Who does the state have counting cases...Old Dominion voting systems.

I'm not sure if I've ever hated a cheap, lying, no-good, rotten, four flushing, low life, snake licking, dirt eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood sucking, dog kissing, brainless, dickless, hopeless, heartless, fat arse, bug eyed, stiff legged, spotty lipped, worm headed sack of monkey shite
as much as I hate JBE. frick that slimy cocksucker. I hope he chokes on a chicken bone.

I’m hearing phase 1, and I’m not trolling.

I have also heard this. Multiple CENLA and NWLA parishes are considering closing schools a week early for Christmas

There is no excuse to ever go backwards. If anything, I can somewhat understand not opening up further, but there is no reason to go back to Phase 1 knowing what we do. Covid-19 is not a death sentence like it's being made out to be.

I’ve also heard that many south Louisiana schools are thinking of locking down.

Teachers get an extra week off “out of an abundance of caution.”

Two high schools in our Parish have already shut down till after Christmas break, I’m honestly surprised by the amount of parents that are calling for other schools to do the same. I just don’t get it.

People only thought we had dumbass students in public schools pre-COVID...they haven't seen anything yet.

Not me. Keep those fools in school. I have a job. They need to have butts in seats in schools.

One in my area went to virtual after Thanksgiving BUT they're still in the football playoffs.
I'll let you figure out for yourself why they went virtual. (Hint--there were no cases at the school)

I recall when STM went virtual a little bit ago....the same week they were virtual they had a football game. All the football players were on the field together...all the students were in the stand together.
What was the point of not going to school in person at that point???

And it's things like this that will drive me to request more meds.

If one player tests positive, the team has to forfeit the playoff game. He’s saying these big football schools are going virtual to isolate their players and prevent a Covid case on the team.
