but this "vaccine" is like those you have listed. polio has basically disappeared due to that vaccine. the shots for covid will NOT fully prevent future infections.

Have you checked out the current survival rate for mumps which they are required to take?

The current survival rate of mumps is 99.994%

So your argument is because there is already an unnecessary (possibly, haven't looked into long term effects of mumps) vaccine mandate out there, why not add another?

Y’all are simply being hypocrites, no matter how much you try to convince yourself you aren’t

This board used to make fun of the people out west causing virus outbreaks because they refused to get their children to take the vaccines mandatory for daycares and schools because they were scared of side effects

Once this reaches full FDA approval, y’all have nothing besides to say “frick you im a hypocrite and don’t care”

am tired of living under constant threat of government lock down state and mask mandate, all entirely preventable by just opting to take a widely available vaccine.

Have you been told explicitly that the deal is "shot=freedom?"

Because they haven't said that. In fact you're seeing them do the opposite in real time.

That's not to mention shot=freedom is some of the scariest orwellian shite ever.

The restrictions are not natural forces. People in authority made those decisions. They aren't going to give up that power because you try to appease them.

If they mandate Covid vaccine, then they need to mandate MMR and DTAP Vaccines. I'm not in to doing things half assed.

The logic people use to not get a vaccine is stupid.

The only logic that matters is that they don't want it. The end.

Agreeing that governments should force vaccinations makes you nothing more than a statist piece of shite.

I got the shot, but it pisses me the frick off when people think it's perfectly reasonable to force people to get vaccinated at the end of a government gun barrel.

there has to be a money trail leading to these folks who continue to push this vaccine this aggressively.

Im simply asking where was your outrage before?

Oh, that’s right, you were making fun of those crunchy hippie smelling moms like the rest of this board and the political board

Edwards further embraced private sector vaccine mandates and said non-governmental employers are within their rights to require workers to get vaccinated.

What’s hilarious is the insanely low numbers of vaccinated staff in nursing homes
Why hasn’t he called them out or suggested they mandate the vaccine since they are around the elderly & sick all day every day?

He’s not going to piss off his # 2 donor
He would rather keep families separated than do the “right thing” that he preaches to the public about

No gatherings of more tha 2 people.

Something is gonna break when they try this here.

look i 100% support a private company making the decision, but frick JBE and any government entity forcing this on anyone. they dont force other vaccines.

frick him and any government mandate, local, state or federal. if a PRIVATE company wants to exercise their private property rights to require it for employment or to enter....cool thats their choice and the free market will decide if its a good decision or not.

if JBE wants to require it to enter state owned buildings...cool. smae with federal or local....but frick him and anyone that supports a government mandate.

ftr i have been vaccinated.

How many private companies make this decision without government influence in the matter

Because i don't want to get one. Why do i need more reason than that?

Personal freedoms and all of those antiquated ideas.

What’s wrong with this? Honestly?

The most glaring issue is that Covid vaccines will almost certainly wind up being more like flu vaccines than measles or mumps. You will require that vaccine likely every year. Are they going to also mandate the flu vaccine, the flu which in bad years can be just as deadly, or even more so, than Covid?

regardless, it’s not really anyone’s business but theirs. they’ve had 9+ months to get it, have weighed the risks, and decided against it.

It really isn’t complicated

If the vaccine works - who gives a shite what happens to people who don’t want it?

If the vaccine doesn’t work - who gives a shite either way? It doesn’t matter.

The bottom line is the vaccine priests are arguing out of both sides of their mouths.
