You are correct, I do not have kids. But the point is still for something that is "mandated" a whole hell of a lot of folks aren't doing what is mandated.
Which of course IMHO is fine because for what I've always thought were obvious reasons they don't work.

I know, and it’s terrible. It’s abuse. But yet my point remains. I don’t want my kids getting used to them like so many other kids today. And I haven’t let them. They know better than to blindly follow so called rules.
