it would not surprise me one bit if he sends us back down to phase 1, or says something to the affect that schools cannot start in person on 8/10 like all of the catholic schools have planned to do.

Stay in phase 2. Possibly more restrictions..
School situation/planning must be addressed soon as any changes will throw chaos into the workplace due to childcare needs. Time must be given for parents/childcare centers/workplaces to make arrangements. That information IMO is coming soon...

That's the thing with the private schools. If he drops the gathering limit to 10, they are going to be stuck with virtual as well.
