shite! The Phase 3 we were at had modifications as CDC doesn't require masks at 3, so then I guess we're really in Phase 1+

Lifetime "public servant" scientists and doctors selected by liberal administrations (Louisiana and New Orleans) to push the common objectives of fear-mongering and virtue-signaling while depressing the economy in order to get federal bailout money. A good government administrator would strike a balance and not pander to the pussies who can't care of themselves.

During the first shutdown they said 2 weeks to "flatten the curve".
Many asked, "well what happens when the lockdown is lifted and cases inevitably spike. It is a virus after all and it's not going to disappear simply because everyone hid in their house".
"Just wear masks and everything will be ok", they said.
Mask wearing has never been more prevalent than over the last few months, yet here we are again.
Round and round we'll go.
