It will, even for younger people. You don't feel "sick" but you feel like you just ran 10 miles the day before.

If anyone wants to try the Johnson & Johnson vaccine that only requires one shot, my wife is helping run the trials at Ochsner. Send me a dm.

Only if your wife gets to.... give it to me.

Gotcha. I thought you were questioning that it made you feel like crap. Not a sick day bad. But it sucks.

Typically it’s a trained pharmacy tech
I’m not fricking stupid

The point is nursing homes employ nurses, they need to do their jobs instead of exposing residents to more people

“Hey I need something in the next calendar year” = I need it in the next 12 months
“Hey I need this done this year” I need it done this current year.

that’s how I took it.

If I got the vaccine and then felt the equivalent of what running 10 miles would make me feel, im not lying I would fricking panic and likely head straight to the ER

If it truly makes you feel like that, this vaccine has no chance to take off

I'm waiting to see what the employers do. Many are talking about requiring the vaccine to return to the office. From what I'm reading, the second shot really puts you on your arse and will require a "sick day." I wonder if that will change employer's minds given most have paid sick day plans.

Bingo. I'm not getting it unless it's a condition of employment.

[DM] Hey, my name is Michael Thomas Duplechain. My address is 4812 Highway 22, Loreauville, LA, 70552. I'd like to participate in the vaccine trial. Don't tell anyone on here because I don't want them to know I'm taking it. My SSN is 385-97-4812. I can give you additional insurance information if needed. Call or email me at 337-376-5111 or mtduplechain@eatel.com. Thanks. [/DM]

You underestimate how many people have taken the government scare factor over this and believed every word. Healthy young people like the couple I know who had double masks and a face shield while in line next to me to vote. Maybe it's a good thing those people will have the option to take the vaccine and stop fear mongering.
