i would never take that bet because the White House nor the Federal government would never outright force lockdowns from top down. You know this.

Yeah, I want to clarify: they won’t say lockdowns and won’t be at March standards. As the Duke put it, they’ll put us back to December standards, or at least try to. Look for an address from Biden this week demanding Governors and Mayors put us back to where we were in December, and as far as I’m concerned those ARE lockdowns.

This is the part the shite libs refuse to come to terms with and because of that they are holding society hostage.

Do you Biden will make a blanket statement on this? Because different areas of the country are completely different places right now concerning cases and hospitalizations.

I saw one poster who said canceling was overkill. And he was upvoted.

I'd say that is progress for Reddit.

Waiting for Latoya to frick with Tulane at this point - it's the only thing she hasn't tried to cross yet.

Apparently Tulane is at a +/- 95% vaccination rate - so she can't use that excuse.

How are the people of LA accepting such bullshite? Seriously. Lockdowns, closures and mask mandates, yet your numbers are "higher" than most of the country. How well is all of that working out for you? And your leaders continue to restrict your freedoms. Wow. Make fun of FL all you want, but the beach was awesome today and so is being maskless, enjoying concerts and things not being cancelled due to ridiculous fear.

If only all states had a leader like DeSantis.

DeSantis might be a partisan but it certainly made me feel accomplished when I figured out he's younger than me. Either way, we need leaders who are willing to challenge the narrative. I don't know if he's it but I'll listen.

So no promoters have cancelled concerts in Florida?

I’ve stayed in 2 hotels the past 2 nights, several restaurants, bars and grocery stores

Between New Orleans, Prairieville, Baton Rouge, Broussard, Lafayette, Morgan City

I-10 and Hwy 90—no one is wearing masks

Whatever they do, it will be just invasive enough to justify more massive mail-in voting fraud next November. They have to keep something in place til then.

There will never be another festival or Mardi Gras in New Orleans again.

Are you trying to instigate? I have tix for Three Dog Night and the Stones. Last year went to festivals, saw Molly Hatchet and other bands, while LA officials tried to have you baws cowering in lockdown.

Those of us who are actually from here and love the place? We are furious.
The city filled with northern transplants after Katrina. We call them carpetbaggers here. They love Latoilet. LOVE HER. They flood social media talking about how great she is and how "if you don't love her get out of our city!" They aren't from here. Check any news article where you see a person talking about how much they agree with mask mandates and research that "random person". It's someone who moved here after Katrina, every time.
