The 17-year-old I Am Jazz star took to Instagram on Thursday to give her fans a health update after undergoing the operation.
"I’m doing great, thanks for all of the love and support," the LGBTQ activist wrote alongside a smiling picture of herself wearing a hospital gown while in bed. Jennings, who has lived as a female with the full support of her family since age 5, was assigned male at birth, but has identified as a girl from early childhood.

He wasn't "assigned" a gender, it's called biology.

I’ve never watched the I Am Jazz show, but I see enough previews because I watch plenty of other TLC trash. In one episode, she was trying to decide if she’s a lesbian. Like...wtf. You have a dick; it’s okay to like girls. But that would be too normal and sane.

He has severe mental illness issues- and instead of getting him serious help, the family encouraged the illness.

Parents should be jailed for child abuse, she should have been taken way and received psychiatric care, not praise and celebration from the depraved part of society.

Makes one wonder if there is a genetic fluke that causes the gender confusion. I’m not at all against LGBTQ and I don’t think their way of life is a choice. I do think this young person at 17 was too young to be allowed to have surgery. I believe her parents are in it for all the $$ they can make off of their child. Sickening.

For once I agree with society in publicly diagnosing this "thing" with a mental disorder.
