I’ve also heard Latoya claim this as well. They allege that the “new” rain storms which drop enormous amounts of rain in short periods is something we will have to deal with. He goes further to suggest that this is being caused by something out of his control (climate change).
When you can’t take responsibility for your failures, continue to look for scape goats.
Anyone from nola knows that we get torrential downpours throughout the summer. It’s due to the moisture in the air and the high heat. We’ve experienced this for years.
It’s disgusting these assholes are now making shite up about flooding. I guess he learned about this new strategy during his trip with Latoya in Cuba.

For a city that can’t clean its own storm drains, it amazing with the excuses they come up with. I wouldn’t be shocked if they say trolls live in the lines and their furniture caused the flooding.

Don’t worry about the pumps, swb assured everyone that the pumps were completely staffed yesterday.

The money people in NOLA have always been cucks. From generation to generation they accepted incompetence and graft from their political leaders. It’s been that way for 300 years in the city. Why should it change now ? They had their chance post K and blew it. The Hippster Yankees that moved in even accept the status quo now. It will never change.
