You can look through weather charts. It rains like this in July always. Nothing has changed, we are basically a tropical island in July.

But I did get a mailer saying they are starting a 14month project on midcity. Fixing shite streets, fixing curbs at corners for the disabled, cleaning drains. See if it helps at all.
