The barriers currently installed on Bourbon are installed incorrectly, per the vendor that sold them to the city.

Here's a video of how they work. They don't look all that great to me, but sheesh, the City has had them since 2017 and didn't use them or even know they had them?

Also, with each test, they have them in three's and tether together...while our are in two's and not tethered together.

Placement in the pictures on Bourbon looks pretty weak. More ineptness. They should have 4 in my non expert opinion and be tethered.
ETA: The big truck in the video looks like it could have kept going awhile and drug the barriers with it.
