Watching a report on Rio on Special Report. Raw sewage has been directly dumped in bodies of water for years. The amount of fecal contaminates in the water is 1.7 million times higher than what is acceptable in the US. Rowers, windsurfers, etc are wearing anti-microbial suits and have been warned not to put their heads under water.

Oh and human body parts are washing up near the volleyball venue.
