After watching the video, I'd have no doubt that if ole baw was black and cop was white, Jacksonville Beach would be getting swarmed with protests. Looked like unnecessary force to me.

Having had the occasion to fight someone much, much smaller than that guy and try try to put them in handcuffs I will tell you that it is near impossible to restrain someone who is actively resisting. It isn't at all like on TV. It gets ugly and then bystanders start bitching about how it looked.
