You don't get a view of the teen. She basically holds the phone in her hand at an angle capturing the officer but not in a way to make him think she's recording.
The cop sounds like a sleezy bastard in the video

I don't really see what this has to do with corruption. Just a cop who obviously will sleep with any rando walking the street while on duty. I didn't hear a price being negotiated or anything. I couldn't hear that well, though.
Really just points to the lack of professionalism more than anything.

She also did sound extremely old, but voices can be deceiving.

I think it's just a bunch of crap to get views.
You never see the woman.
The woman says what is your number first. Although it is heavily edited so who knows.
The woman says, "I aint scared to F with Nobody" all the while leading him on the whole time.
Then she walks off and is all like "psyche" about the whole ordeal.
She just baiting him in for a video. It's very hard to follow because it's heavily edited with missing parts. Seems like a bunch of crap. And I believe 17 is an age of consent in Mississippi. Just weird, trashy video.
Or even the officer may have been going along with it to see exactly what she was about..
I don't know, I think they are both trashy in the video though.. but who knows what any of it truly is about. Cop shouldn't be propositioning anyone for sex from his patrol car, but then again who knows if it's a setup. Just not much info on this, not even in the discription.
