The woman shot in the Logans parking lot was simply here on business. She was from Missouri. She was walking from her adjacent hotel to get something to eat at 6:00 and was shot and killed.
Animals.
The Logan's is literally on the edge of Madison County. He'll get the death penalty for sure if they try him there.

They sure didn't care about us driving drunk in college
I have 3 separate incidents of them knowingly letting drunk college kids get behind the wheel. One time they basically made me drive drunk.
Story time:
My car was broken into outside of Hal and Mals. We call the cops, they come, say they have no way of catching the perp, and said get out of here. I said "officer, I've been drinking a lot and I can't drive". They told me it doesn't matter, just get your car out of here and back home. I protested a little more and they (2 black females) insisted I get in the car and drive away.
I thought it was a trap but it wasn't
. Made it to Eastover safe and sound. Conversely, the Madison PD don't play around. I pulled through a DUI checkpoint sober and they treated me like I was a terrorist smuggling bombs in my car or something. Car was searched, breathalyzed after passing field sobriety, etc.

I just can't really imagine why any reasonable person would live in Jackson or Montgomery or the like.
