This is a remarkably dumb take. White made his money in popish blues rock and has spent the rest of his life making music he wanted to make in a range of genres. I own at least one of his albums and have listened to some of his other stuff. I've watched the show he did with Jimmy Page (Legend) and The Edge (terrible). He has a high opinion of his art but his music isn't anything special. He's had one hit in his career. Ya'll can stay mad at that, if you like.
