Birthday doesn't necessarily mean what we use it to mean.

Birthday is just recognizing you were born on X day so many days ago.

In this case, the birthday was recognized every month, and this happens to be the day in the month she recognizes it.

Some cultures take things very literally.

Again. You have to consider it literally.

In her mind it would literally mean birth date. The kid has gone through that number date multiple times.

He was born on this date.

Yall must not have kids or know people that just had a kid. Every month is counted pretty heavily. It's rediculous but if you are implying she isn't intelligent then you should really read up on her.

My son just turned 7 months old on the 26th. We haven't really done the whole 3 month birthday post, but I can certainly understand the people that do.

Of course when you are over a year it's not that big of a deal, but you can bet your arse we celebrated his one month birthday.
