Nothing makes me as mad as when I’m checking out at a grocery store and I see a family of 3 or 4 with like 3 cases of soft drinks, several bags of chips and several boxes of little debbie cakes. Make your kids fat from the start

I kayaked 2 miles today, and walked a mile or two in the quarter/marigny. Not fat yet (at 52) but to say it's easy is not right when you consider spicy food and ice cream availability, as well as and beer/booze. If I didn't train for the classic, I'd be fat as hell.

There’s a litany of excuses they like to tell themselves as reasons they’re fat. It’s really not that hard.
I’ve seen guys drop 50+ pounds in 3 months in boot camp. I dropped 15 pounds since January 1st by cutting out alcohol and running more. Fat people are disgusting and driving healthcare costs up with their fatness. Lazy fricks.

You won't meet anyone who is formerly overweight who said it was easy to lose weight. It might be easy for some to not gain it, but losing weight is not easy for most adults. And usually these sentiments come from someone who has never struggled with their weight.
