Shrimp & grits must have a good andouille in it to officially make it a tasty dish.

Hmmm... Cheesecake actually sounds really good right now. Any recommendations on a place that would easy to pick one up at? Whole Foods is just down the street and seems to be the best option that's coming to mind.

Popeyes’ service sucks so hard that it doesn’t matter how good the food is, IMHO

Yes, maintaining weight is much easier than losing it.
Losing weight in concept is very simple. That doesn't mean it's easy though. Cravings are a bitch, and most people aren't going to say no to that doughnut when they're hungry.
The easiest way to lose weight, is not to gain it in the first place. You can maintain a healthy weight and still enjoy the delicious things in life. It's when people get too far gone they just give up because they feel it's too hard at that point. It's a sad state.

Meh, I was much fatter in my late 20s and all of my 30s than 40s.

How old are you? Your metabolism will slow down with age and not getting fat will be harder. I’m 57 and 10 lbs over my high school graduation weight at 145 lbs. good luck.

Have you ever been fat? Then how would you know? I don’t eat any worse than most thin people I know and exercise way more than most thin people I know but am still what you would call fat. I would have to maintain a military boot camp lifestyle to not be overweight.
