It’s May 4th and I’m still running the fireplace

There was snow falling while a cruise ship was in port last week. Never seen that before.

Its been the coolest April I can remember in a long time

I just heat and cool my pool so I can use it for most of the year.

I love it, the longer we can prolong the swamp arse weather the better.

I’m not hating this Yankee weather. Summer will show up soon enough.


I remember being stationed at Ft. Polk, then doing a 100 day TDY in Dugway, UT. It started in August and it was about 80 degrees in Utah, which was significantly different than what we had just left.


Of course, it was single digits when I left in mid October. I was tired of Yankee weather by then.

Omega block over the past week plus has been kind to yall.

Been kind to me too on the ridge side, finally getting into the 50s and 60s consistently. Also, its raining right now!
