That’s a lot to deal with. Important not to go into a shell during this period. Instead, confide in a close friend and keep putting one foot in front of the other every day. Keep the faith to ease the heavy loads.

Hang tight and things will level out, even when it feels like the hits keep coming. Through it all, there may be little you can control or do much to stop happening, but you can try to find purpose and meaning during these times and when it does pass, you’ll be in a better place. Prayers getting through this.

That's been a rough month. But you're alive and on the mend.
Take care of yourself first, because if you don't, you're no use to those you love. Do everything you can to try to make these moments with your mother special, for you and her.
Hang in there.

Sorry about your mom. Glad you survived your cycle accident. They're cool but dangerous. People are too damned stupid to see motorcycles.
All of this. I’ll never understand why anyone would ride a motorcycle. It’s not a question of if, but when you’re going to the hospital or worse.

When life hits rock bottom, there's no where to go but up. My grandfather had dementia, grandmother got altzheimers. Dementia is def the lesser of the two evils so there's the silver lining but man I know it's tough as hell to be there through a degenerative disease/disorder. I hope you have someone to take care of you right now, lean hard, thats why we make family. Get plenty of air, cry when you need to, but cope healthily. Don't get lost in the bottle or anything. If you don't have another canine companion, maybe it would be uplifting for you to find a new friend who needs you. Surround yourself with love in these hard times, and they'll pass.
Edit: and please consider getting off the death bike man, it's always a matter of if, not when. The "if" is if you survive some idiot on the road, luckily you did but there's always going to be another given enough time. Arrive alive.

Sorry for your tough time, but you need to lose the bike permanently. They are just too dangerous because of other people.

That’s a pile of awful things to deal with. I feel for you my brother! I offer prayers for your scenario and can only say to keep the faith. My MIL just succumbed to Dementia and its associated problems. It was merciful for the Lord to take her home when He did. God bless you and your mother’s support group.
