Its becoming a trend at resturants to have to wait.

Because there are not enough servers.. Happening more and more...
In one small town i know. The family dollar is closing at 3 due to not enough help.

Waiting tables was the easiest job I’ve ever had, and I made great money. I would do it again if I was in college, beats hourly wage.

It's been this way since the beginning of covid and lots of people quit their jobs so they could get the free government money without working.
When we go out, there is a wait even though the place is only 50% full. No staff to wait tables.
