It boggles my mind how people scared to death of the virus

Go to crowded supermarkets, among other places.
They think a mask puts them in stealth mode.
It doesn’t.
Science time: Your eyes are also receptors to droplets. If visible OR invisible droplets reach your covered nose and mouth, then they're also reaching your eyes.
Also, droplets are t an A to B thing, they spread from the ceiling, back down and through a store. It boggles my mind how I need to wear a mask when I show my I’d to a bouncer for an indoor bar, but then sit down and walk throughout without a mask. Wearing that mask initially literally did nothing if you take it off.
One lady told me “oh I’m wearing a mask as my family I live with has health issues”. Wearing a mask DOES NOT protect you from receiving the virus, it protects you from spreading.
Also, I’ve had team meeting where someone took off their mask to speak more clearly to the zoomers on call.
Again, so many charades!
