I retired at 30, earned my money the old fashioned way (inherited it), and my family gives each other luxury vehicles like yours gives each other socks. I likely have less redeeming qualities than you, more money than you, and I didn't have to go wrist deep in meth mouths to get it. It'll be a cold day in hell when I'm jealous of a disabled dentist. Not bragging, btw. Also, it's only about 75% true.

And that's the problem here- people should let their admiration of me be the overriding emotion, as opposed to their jealousy and inferiority.

I never really saw the purpose of bragging. I always think that truly successful people try to stay more low key when it comes to attention. I know celebrities and pro athletes are a different breed (but given they make an insignificant percent and arguably contribution, that is expected)
I have always focused on my own success. Tried learning from my failures and taking opportunities when I scavenge for them. I will never brag to others over career, but that is because of everything I have had to go through to be where I am.
TLDR Its OK to be proud of yourself, but don't focus so much on appeasement of other people.

And I'll give you some insight into why I'm winning this thread: people can not argue any of the facts on their own merit.
They have to pretend that my income is far less than it actually is by assigning a $100K figure then running with it.
They have to pretend that I haven't contributed to society when I've practiced dentistry for 20 years.
They have to pretend that I'm still earning more than them by fraudulent means.
They have to pretend that winning a world championship in ANYTHING isn't an awesome accomplishment.
They have to pretend that having over 10K viewers on social media is easily attainable.
They have to pretend that my penis is smaller than theirs.
No one can maintain any reasonable argument based on the facts - they have to pretend that things are less than what they are in order to boost their own self image - thus completely backing up my assertion that the primary motivations here are inferiority and jealousy.
Thank you all for proving my points.

I don't understand your thought process. None of this has anything to do with the fact that you brought up any one of those "facts". I don't care if people believe you are not. Bringing up those bits of information in the manner in which you did it is unquestionably the very definition of bragging and is tasteless. If there is one thing that is true in the world, it's that money can't buy class. I don't doubt a single thing you posted. I'm also not jealous of a single thing you posted (I'm not doing to bad for myself and could not care less about the cars you drive, etc.). I do think you are a douche bag though. And it's because of the way you talk about your shite.

Great accomplishment for sure, but if it's the competition I'm thinking of that was won, then it wasn't against hundreds of thousands as previously claimed.
