Exactly.
How can the "community policing" work when the "community" won't give any information to authorities when a crime happens?

I've watched a couple of these assclowns trying to figure out why they're popular and I just don't get it.
The pranks aren't funny or original. They're like a G version of jackass.

Well since the program is run by the USDA, the two can't really be separated.

6 months initial grace period. After that they must show proof of interviewing for jobs to remain in the program for another 6 months. It has to be a legitimate attempt to gain employment not going to "job fairs" and getting pamphlets.
A clean drug test and no criminal activities during the first 6 months would be a real nice thing to add in there as well.

My grandpa used to tell a story about some folks on WIC. They complained about having to eat kix instead of being able to get fruit loops.
That's an indicator of the whole problem with these programs. They aren't thankful for the food being given for FREE. They feel entitled to everything without any inputs.

For the most part yes. I'm sure some will negotiate purchases to be sales tax free where the supplier covers the sales tax and claims it as a donation to the 501c. Even in that instance the tax still gets paid.
Nothing in 501c code exempts from sales tax.

Obviously never worked with 501c.
ETA The donations/income received is what is tax exempt.

The ones who are government subsidized aren't typically responsible enough to take a pill everyday. It'd have to be an IUD or long lasting injection. They have access to all the free condoms they could want and still don't use them

In a city with 100k plus blacks people, he has under 5k followed to his profile and under 12K subscribers to his rag. We've been talking about him for a while and his needle hasn't moved. The discussion of him here hasn't drawn anyone to him.

The lack of understanding in how civil service employees are handled is astounding. There's a process that has to play out but they refuse to acknowledge that and they use the lack of firing as a call to arms. You can't just fire a civil service employee on a whim without investigation and documentation.
It's a process that benefits a lot of shitty workers in many more departments than just law enforcement. See DPW and DMV slugs for examples.

I think she knows as well but doesn't want to have Gravy getting all over her rice by distancing herself from him at this point.
It was idiotic on her part to think that "activists" should be allowed to serve in advisory positions.

BRPD laughs every time the Gravy tries to pour out his influence.
The dude is a joke and everyone in leadership positions knows it.

The sad part is he never recants even when blatantly wrong so his bullshite falsified stories remain published. He continues a cycle of hate because he continues to fabricate narrative that doesn't exist.
