She looks Chinese. I've seen that skull before.

I think so. Way I know it:

Koreans have high cheek bones
Chinese have a more rounded face
Japanese faces are pretty much vertical and they're the shortest of the three

Looks Korean to me.

Rugs are oriental. People are Asian.

I've also heard that lots of Asian people can't tell what country other Asians are from without cultural clues (clothing, hairstyles.)

She's asian

I'd say she's Japanese-- with Ainu blood, if not a pure blooded Ainu. That's where the eye roundness, the lack of folds are coming from, I'd guess.
