Well, the term isn't applicable to anyone in my immediate family but I do use it to refer to nebulous relations of employees. I've had to deal with a lot of other people's "Baby Mama Drama" over the years.

I can honestly say I haven’t heard this anywhere other than on television. Maybe I’ve been hanging with the wrong crowd my whole life.
