They’re slow
They’re rude
They know you have to be there

For what reason where the particular service can’t be done online?

I just go to the license and revenue office of the small county courthouse. I know all the women at the desk, went to school with one, she's pretty hot there's never any wait and they're very sweet. Just don't go on Thursday, that's the only day they do driving tests.

DMV is like basements. It's just a problem for the people on tv, no one around here has to worry about it

Haven’t been in a DMV in like 15 years or so.

Done online renewal where they mail it to my house. It’s worth 5 extra bucks or whatever it is.

When a government entity WHICH WE PAY FOR WITH OUR TAXES is so damn bad that we champion going to a parallel operating private business and GLADLY pay them to do the job. Amazing really. Personally, I would vote tomorrow to dissolve the DMV entirely, cut the taxes associated with it and go to the private model.
