All of the party animals like it because the Tigerland bars are open an hour later on Saturday night.

I hate it. Leaving work at 5pm and it being dark outside is the worst.

I enjoy my extra hour on that Sunday once a year, I’m sorry you are in such a rush to “get up and go to work”

Go frick yourself

That good feeling for a couple of days is outweighed by an entire season of depressing work days with no sunlight when you get home.

I agree. I typically get home b/w 5:30 & 6pm and enjoy an hour or two of daylight. Doesn’t matter if I’m picking up dog shite or grilling, I prefer to do it with daylight versus having to use a headlamp half the year.

Not to mention how much more shitty traffic is driving home at 5pm in the dark.

Darkness shouldn't stop you, one of the most exhilarating things to do on an MTB is riding singletrack in the dark. In the old days when I started a good handlebar and helmet light system cost a fortune but with today's modern LED systems, there is just no excuse not to.

It’s not bad when you live at the western edge of your time zone. I used to live in Chicago at the eastern edge of central time and it would be dark by 4:30 pm. Conversely in the summer the sun was up before 5:00, which also did dick for me. I hated that.

Central time zone is gods time for sports though.

Look at the bright side......a couple more LSU games with an earlier Saturday night in Death Valley! (That is, if they avoid the 11AM slot for Arkansas)

We've already played 2 11AM games. Scott Woodword would be obligated to set Birmingham on fire and piss on the ashes to put it out if the SEC tried to pull that shite.

At least my car clock will be right again
