re: Outdoor Speaker Setup

I went Sonos throughout and for the patio to keep it all controllable on one app. You can connect everything, or just play certain zones. I have the sonos era in the kitchen that can connect to the living room, or play on its on. A couple of these would work well for the patio also.

The amp is required for each TV. The sonos era can connect to any of your amps.

Where did u get that strap?

From Tag. Had to call b/c it's not an option to purchase on their website. The watch is available with the strap now.
I just replaced the titanium bracelet with a strap on this one.
Not a big watch baller... I don't wear them too often. Wearing this one more now that I have the strap. The bracelets tend to pull hair and are uncomfortable.

I preordered the Nodus TrailTrekker back in the summer and it delivered today. Purchased b/c it came with a strap before I decided to order the tag strap.

I have the 6 gal built in. You should be able to remove the fryer from the cart.
You can try to acid wash it. Google acid wash for ceramic for options and to review. Have you tried scraping with a razor?

I'd also caulk the gap at the bottom in the back. Looks like the sides were grouted.

That part of Dallas IS in Collin County.

When we were there three cops were across the street with Dallas on their car's.

I have no idea where the lines are though.

There's a red sign on the front building that reads Habitual Crime Area

It's the southwest corner of Collin but is far north part of Dallas city which would account for the Dallas police.
Breakfast for dinner on a rainy night is hard to beat. It's one of our defaults when we didn't make plans for anything else and don't feel like going to the store. We also have it much more often during winter months.

Yours is nice as well. I now remember the thread when you built.

I forget what the tops are but it's not concrete. I second guess myself not doing a granite for easier cleaning. These are a pain to clean and it's time for a deep clean and reseal. I covered the bottom shelf with epoxy where the grill and fryer sit.

Thank you. I designed everything and had it built when we built our pool in 2020. Love the Primo but it'll defiantly smoke you out if it's closed in too much. The fryer is a bit dangerous making it easy to eat too much fried food. I was worried about the fridge and ice maker so went budget friendly and they're both going strong. I'm in TX and that cheapo fridge will keep drinks ice cold in the middle of summer.

I have two of these and are happy with them. One inside is about 6 years old and one on my patio that's going on 4 years with no issues.

They're in Plano now, just around the corner on Bishop. They added about 60k sf to their existing building in 2019 but never really occupied the space.

re: Do you use your dining table?

My formal dining room is now my office. I turned the study, which has doors, into a tv/movie room for the kids. We mostly eat at bar stools around the island in the kitchen, but also have a table in the "breakfast nook" of the kitchen we use for extra seats with company.

I too used Red Seal for 25+ years and finally quit with Zyn. Was in Omaha for the CWS and couldn't find Red Seal anywhere. Ended up trying Zyn and haven't bought a can of Red Seal since. 6mg spearmint is my go to and I order 50+ cans online for less than $4/can. I added a can of chill and smooth with my last order to try and actually like these as well. I use them around the clock, take one out and put the next one in.
The Ballber Happy Nuts is better than Manscaped IMO.
Prayers for you, your daughter, wife, and all family. May God bless you with peace and comfort.

Not an Olive Garden fan myself but it's my kids favorite and the wife takes them for girls night out. I normally stay at home and enjoy my quiet time. I'll eat salad and breadsticks if I'm stuck going with them; and live another day.

Chili's isn't bad with the 3 for me. Plus if you have the app, you always get free chips and salsa which is my favorite chips and salsa from any restaurant.
