I`m surprised to hear from Millers interview that Millard had an encounter with a lady at 2:30, had already lost his phone and that he was looking for the way back to the hotel.

That`s about 3 hours after he left Happys.

I wonder if he still had his wallet at 2:30.

That now sounds like the last time he was seen or from what has been publicly reported.

Great, now the national news has LSU in their title for this story. At least they should be able to catch the guys, since there should be plenty of fingerprints on the plastic. I don’t think they would have been smart enough to wear latex gloves.

That area is no place for anyone to be drunk and vulnerable. Lots of sh*t bag scum opportunists. Sad for the family.

As you pass the Federal courthouse headed east on Florida it gets sketchy AF, very quickly. The Greyhound station has loads of crack heads and tPOS roaming around during the day, I couldn’t imagine what it would be like at 3 a.m.

On the Convention St side multiple people have been shot to death in the area. There was a serial killer wasting homeless people around the N Boulevard bridge several years ago. The entire area is a dangerous cesspool.

All of this is speculation but it does appear that the man had a substance abuse problem and we know that he visited the ATM a few times and wandered into an area of BR that a 42 yr old white dude would have no business being in at night, presumably to buy drugs

He got led on by a hoe at the strip club. She gave him a number and told to call at a certain time when she got off so he could pay for a fck. He stays out drinking. They party with some drugs when they meet up. After he passed the point of knowing what was going on her accomplice came and bushwhacked his arse, robbing him of cash he got at the ATM, and dumped his body in the fiel.d

This is feasible but shows no motive for killing and dumping. If he was past the point of knowing what was going on they could have dropped him off anywhere and he’d remember nothing

This is bad. Chances are the body was offloaded in some rat infested neighborhood off of Scenic Hwy before the fraud took place. Hoodrats must have forced the man to give up the PIN number.

Bruh…that’s twice you said the body was dumped on Scenic Hwy

It seems since the investigators have said they are not investigating this as a homicide, they must not have any evidence so far indicating a homicide took place.

Correct, I do live out of state. I unfortunately have to make several trips back to Baton Rouge every year. Wife’s side of the family still lives there.

You, however, are stuck there for the foreseeable future

He's right though. Many bodies have been found along Scenic over the past 10-15 years. There are places you could dump one that would be far enough away from occupied homes and businesses that would go unnoticed for several days.

I didn't think he was moved originally. I expected him to be found dead in an abandoned house east of the interstate.

Probably the only charge that will come from this is "improper disposal of human remains" since it likley could have been an overdose. Similar thing happened a few weeks back off of Gardere.
