I keep an 8 ball on hand just for these occasions. Couple of bumps with breakfast and coffee and I'm ready to seize the day.

Smoke a little delta 8 or a 1/2 editable.

Don’t do it to get fricked up or anything.. just a couple little times. it just makes you sleep great and wake up feeling great and not groggy.

The first thing I do in the morning is open my IPad and read the threads on the first page of this board.

The background color is white and it seems to wake my brain up. And I get to see what you idiots are up to.

Alcohol is a major sleep disrupter, and it’ll just get worse as you age.
I drank a bottle of red wine Friday.

Went to bed at 10:45. Woke up at 3:30. Couldn’t go back to sleep

I am 54 alcohol is the devil. I rarely drink anymore because of how shitty I feel. I’ll probably be a non drinker soon.

You probably need to figure out how much sleep every night is optimum for you and try to be consistent when you go to bed and wake up each morning. If you are sleeping 9 hours every day when 7 1/2 hours is optimal for you then you are going to feel tired and groggy. I feel best when I sleep between 6-1/2 to 7 hours. Even then, you still have to try to go to sleep near the same time every night. If you vary your going to sleep time a lot, you won't sleep as well.

Get some exercise daily, and don’t eat too much. Works for me everyday and I’ve never relied on coffee. DONT like it and has no effect on me anyway. Yes I’ve drinkin it right before bed and I can sleep just fine.

Go see a dental sleep specialist my bite was effecting how much oxygen I was getting and yes I have to wear a mouth piece sort of like a retainer but I wake up feeling so much better now. More than likely you have sleep apnea or there is some obstruction of your air way.

You have zombie cells. Get rid of them through achieving autophagy. Try a water fast, 72 hours.

That's your problem, you need to crush a 12-pack/night.
