When you wake up just lay in the bed on your back and stretch while laying there. Turn over and stretch a bit more. Get up and drink a glass of water with lemon and some other fruit mixed in there. Head to the coffee pot next. It works for me.

It's a common misconception that if you are not fat then it can't be apnea. This isn't true at all. There are different kinds of apnea (like central, which isn't obstructive) and different causes. As so many have already said... Get the sleep study so you can either rule apnea out or treat it correctly.

Undoubtedly part of this is due to dehydration, which leads to more acidity in the bloodstream. Drink a good amount of water in the AM, that usually peps me up.

It’s actually natural and healthy to wake up groggy as long as it isn’t drug induced

Immediately get into the sunlight. Preferably go outside instead of sitting by a window. Or step in cat puke with bare feet. That has got me going really quick on the occasion.

This is correct. Drink a glass of water when you wake. It’s the best energy drink.

This is what huberman’s been saying.

One thing about sleep quality baws tho: my dad used to snore really bad and would wake up 10 times a night. But when he wakes up in the morning he is wide awake.

My mom and I, on the other hand, are like zombies when we wake up. I’ll have like 1 day every 6 months where I wake up feeling well rested and ready to go.

And I had a sleep study done and they said my sleep was perfect lol. Also they woke me up after only 6 hours of sleep and I felt amazing that morning.

thought that shite was just normal. I wake up around 6:15 work days and feel like my brain doesn’t catch up until 9 something.

Justin Huberman recently did a podcast on delayed caffeine intake helping your body start out normal and avoid the crash in afternoon.

Basically get exercise early or be awake a few hours before you drink coffee.

Sleeping too long can be as bad as not sleeping enough.

Recommendations? I've never smokes or tried edibles before, but with them becoming legal and more mainstream I'm curious.

Waking up is absolutely brutal for me. Doesn’t matter how much sleep I’ve had, even 12 hours or more.

Id like to know secret too. I almost feel I wake up better if I sleep less than 7 hrs. More like 6 hrs.

For me it’s when I wake up. I believe that If I wake up in the middle of REM cycle then I find my brain is off that day.

As I get older, I wake up to go take a wiz and I think that effects when I come out of sleep cycle.

I researched sleep cycles years ago I do believe that timing has a lot to do with my mental sharpness on any given day.

Check into Magic Mind. It’s a nootropic liquid shot that I take every morning when I wake up. It will perk you up quickly.
