Here’s a pic of me and my Quinjet

Cirrus are some fine aircraft, but they're too expensive (and owned by the Chinese).

Nice, state of the art flying machine.

This is why I like the elipse spirit.
Its pretty fast, has a low stall speed, and excellent range.
I would like to see small diesel equivalent of the rotax engines for it.
A diesel would extend range tremendously, reduce maintenance, and have added safety in the event of an accident.

Diamond aircraft are just as nice.

Naw.
I'm partial to this.....

Disagree 100% with this.
Depends entirely on your FBO / airport arrival. I’ve flown private on a few trips from SAT & KNEW to Mexico & Caribbean islands and found that more enjoyable than KNEW to McCarran.
Also, a guy in Nola has a global express and has flown to Europe and Asia and said it’s pretty simple. Slightly more paperwork but if you’re a good pilot it’s straight forward.

Why don't any of you poors have your name on the fin of your plane?
Privacy, when you achieve the wealth needed to own and operate a private jet the last thing you want is people knowing your tail number, or your name on the plane which would allow people to track your whereabouts on one of the flight following sites, Trump is probably the exception to this.

I want a piper cub but they appear to be going for like 50-60K now.
My grandparents had a Cub that they kept in the barn and flew out of the cow pasture in northeast Mississippi. It's on the right in 1954 at Tupelo:
My grandfather also built a pair of ultralights. This is him flying one of them around Christmas 1980:
Imagine trusting your life to a pair of chainsaw motors running one prop.

I think the cirrus outperforms the honda vlj.
The Hondajet is a twin engine, so it has shorter time to climb, and higher cruise speed.

My dad has a SR22... bought pretty cheap because original owner wasn't using and needed a tax right off... personally preferred riding in his 182 - I don't like the fast take offs and landings..feel like you can just float down in the 182 vs hauling arse in the SR22

That’s very true, you get to Vr at 77 and it leaps off the runway.

You can do that in an SR as well. It’s called CAPS!

And total the plane
We came in steep once in the SR22 and bounced down the run way before aborting and coming back around....scared the piss out of me..only flew in plane once since then

Sounds like you need a better pilot.

Do you still have that 180?

I have ridden in a TBM several times and it's a really nice plane.
