I never call them. I just stop by one of the stores. It is so much easier

I switched to them for one month and then switched right back to my old wireless carrier.

Next to DirecTV and Rooms To Go, one of the worst call centers I have ever had to deal with.

I asked for a supervisor to return my phone call twice. Of course they didn't. Asked for a store manager to return my call once. And of course, they didn't either.

Obviously I'm just a number to them. They don't care.

Most of them will flat out lie to you repeatedly... And sound so nice doing it! It must be the training ground for future politicians.

I was happy to drop them.

My S8+ had some dead pixels on the side, still under warranty. Called their warranty number, lady asked me a few questions and I have a replacement phone on the way. Pretty easy overall.

Now, for general support, I use chat, way easier.

Dell Customer Service. Feel like I should have written a random guy in India and asked for a reading of War and Peace.

When I call these type services, I just start screaming "Big Boy" over and over again as soon as I hear the bot. After about 3-to-5 option choice menus I've just steamrolled in about 5 seconds, they say: "Stand by and I'll put you through the uncaring clown now!"

I had them for DSL once. They'll never get another penny from me.

Its so bad that one time a phone rep set up an appointment to install something that once the tech arrived during an "appointment" set up that no one knew anything about it! Customer service is a joke!
