Come on...it isn't that hard. We should have learned from the Super Bowl that we need to be more open and connecting. So, instead of English...we should start slipping Spanish in to make people feel more accepted.
For example, if someone says they are Non-Binary...then you need to ask...would you be "No Binaria" or "No Binario"...because to be accurate in Spanish, I need to know if you are Male or Female before knowing which non-binary term to use for you.

Transvestites have been around for a very long time; defined as a person who dresses in clothes primarily associated with the other sex.
This is what Tranny used to mean when it didn't mean an automobile transmission.
Now the word transexual, which was reserved for folk who had sexual reassignment surgery, as it is used now, is mostly nonsense, an attempt to normalize the psychological disorder known as gender dysmorphia. These are the folks who get bent out of shape when you use the word tranny.

Interesting that trainning says that because many call themselves trans, and many also admit their biological sex is different than how they present. Probably terminally online types who get offended by anything are the ones who take issue with it.
