Don't feel like waiting on the new Silverado, and I think the Tundra is a little too old school for the price.

Anyone have a Ridgeline? Do these things rattle apart if you tow with them? I need something comfortable on long trips, but can occasionally tow a bass boat. I tend to put a lot of highway miles on my vehicles, so fuel economy is important to me. Adaptive Cruise control is a "nice to have" feature.

I'd also consider the mid sized Chevrolet and Toyota pickups if they ride as well as the full sized trucks. The diesel Colorado looks like an interesting choice, but it lacks a lot of the comfort features that I'd want. I would also consider the V6 model of the current generation Silverado, but most of those tend to be the stripped down versions with no features.

How is the Ram V6?

Whatever it is, I need it to last at least 5 years, so no Fords.

That's a truck, if you are an Asian.

That's all I got.

I wouldn't want to own one, especially for towing.

Let me put it this way, the trucks can take a beating if you like to go camping and etc but the maintenance on them will eat you up.

shite, I just looked it up. That is pushing it for that truck.

I thought those things towed more than that. I would only occasionally used for towing, but that is a little lower capacity than I expected.

First off, that's not a truck.

This is a truck.

Pretty sure they just put a bed on their minivan frame. That said, I'd love one to take on long add road trips out west and be able to carry some gear.

Yeah waiting for next year’s Silverado or Ram is probably a better bet if the goal is comfort, technology, and towing.

It’s a joke.
Oh and I’ll still be driving my 1999 F250 7.3 when whatever pos Chevy or dodge you buy breaks down in 5 years.

I suspect you’re looking for validation from this crowd. Pick what you like. Also if a troll, well done.

The Ridgeline shouldn't be compared to a full size truck because even it were a real truck, it would compete with the midsize trucks in it's class. Doing that, now the only advantage you have is ride comfort. It will ride like a car.

For the money, I'd looking at a Colorado or a Tacoma.
