some failure at life decided to rear end a car in the middle lane at high speeds on I-10 west near dalrymple this morning and it was down to 1 lane.

Also I guess a cement truck spilled it’s contents on Anselmo and bluebonnet. They’re fixing it now and backing up traffic

I-10 west was really bad at like 9:30 which is unusual, so it probably caused problems on surface streets.
