Grrrrr... a beautiful Friday afternoon being wasted sitting on I-10 west. The guy who caused this should have his license revoked and he has to pass 2 variations of a driving exam to get it back. F this

Traffic is clear in Houston. I just breezed through from Lake Jackson to Tomball in 80 minutes.

Yes. The freeway decking, capacity, and alignment has been untouched, unmodified, and ignored for 70 years as the metro area's population grew exponentially.

There is a second bridge in Baton Rouge. Too bad the highway network to move traffic to that bridge is crap.

It's like this anytime there's a wreck on 10. It completely fricks up Perkins AND Highland if bad enough as people use these parallels to 10.

Wonder what it must feel like to be solely responsible for causing humongous interstate delays

When I was 18, the fuel pump on my truck went out on top of the Huey (before the renovation). I was so embarrassed. After a while a couple of ol baws helped push to where the bridge descends so I could coast down.

Then I had to wait 90 minutes off to the side while my dad came in his truck with a tow strap. It was miserable.
