Can barely hold it at all. It’s not even that much piss, but if I don’t let it out I’ll piss myself.

If you haven't already, get your PSA/prostate checked.

Maybe we should start with how old he is

If he is 25 I don’t think he needs to run around looking for a finger up his butt. Maybe he has a UTI or a STD

Doctor: Don’t worry. Men often have an erection in their first prostate exam.

Patient: I don’t have an erection.

Doctor: I was talking about me.

Been thirsty, sweaty, double vision? If so, sounds like diabetes.

Always seem thirsty? Pissing frequently? Like every hour or two? If so, probably type II diabetes.

This could be a matter of a weak pelvic floor. There's a lot of things that could cause it. Do Some glute bridges, stretch your psoas.

How old are you?

For real, get it checked out immediately.

Just make sure the doctor only puts one hand on your shoulder when doing the prostate exam.

Get the prostate checked. Diabetes makes you pee more often. I have benign prostates hyperplasia. Had it for over ten years. When I have the sensation I gotta go then. I used to drive across three states before taking a pee break. Not anymore.

I had that problem. It was a hernia that they removed with laser surgery

Sounds like an enlarged prostate. Flomax helps, it relaxes your urinary track

Are you and 8 week old puppy? If so, then no, it's perfectly normal and will pass in a month or so.
